It just sounds like maybe you're confused about what email account is linked to your EA account. Terrible service.ĮA Help has been really good, quite honestly. I cut the chat short when the agent kept saying NFL 21. First I was told it was being sent in waves and then the second time I was simply told I was not eligible even though I signed up on time. If you do, PM me the case number and I'll keep an eye on it. You're probably just a few minutes away from getting it if you try again.

They'll give you the code that is on your account. EA’s latest hockey game, NHL 21, won’t be out until October this year, and it’s not going to have a special version for the PS5 or Xbox. I looked at your account and I don't see where you contacted them. This has been an issue with EA support for a long time. The disconnect and lack of consistency depending on who you talk to is astounding. Im not the only one to say this but going those routes caused more frustration than anything because they have NO IDEA what theyre talking about and give false info like saying "codes are being sent in waves over the next week" when the test doesnt even last that long. If they had a hard time with phone or chat, Twitter or Facebook support might be a better option. We have multiple options and all of them can resend the code they were given. In EA SPORTS NHL 21, its the most creative, inventive and fearless players that are worth celebrating. If they don't want to try support though, we can't really help. In the majority of these cases, people ended up registering on the wrong account. They can contact support to get their codes. If I buy the PS5 version of NHL 22, I will not be able. Yeah, except i have 3 club mates, all of whom signed up for it.Īnd they got nothing. We had multiple notices that registration was open.
There was plenty of time for everyone to sign up. Another EA "dirty trick" to add to their list.
I had NO CLUE about needing to register this year, and found out after it was too late.
